Ms. Alicia J. Alexander is the Founder and Chief Consultant at Make A Difference Consulting, located in Pawtucket, RI. Ms. Alexander speaks, educates, and coaches on Authentic Appreciation in the workplace. She is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Organizational Development (qualitative research).
